Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is just to get to know you and to find out more about you and your soon to be significant other. We’ll discuss topics to include: your vision, taste, style, favorite colors, and budget and determine a starting point for your planning even if you choose not to utilize our services.

This consultation usually lasts about 1 hour and is free of charge.

Just Get Me Started – The DIY Bride Special

Even if you are a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Bride and don’t want or need a lot of planning services, we can help you get started. At PIZZAZZ! the DIY bride is always welcome! We provide a meeting up to three hours to help you get started and the tools to help you stay on track.

Wedding Planning Services include the following:

• Help developing your budget
• Finding your wedding style
• Event tracking tools
• Vendor recommendations
• Budget savvy advice
  • The Just Get Me Started Package is $200.00
    • Please note: this package price does NOT include Decorating Fees or Other Service Fees (i.e. Labor, Delivery, Restocking etc.).  Those fees will be calculated when the scope of the work has been determined and the couple has made their final decorating decisions.  Those fees, once determined, will be added to the existing package/consultation fee.

Wedding Day Coordination

Even if you’ve checked everything off your list, a Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward.

Wedding Planning Services include the following:

• Consultation and continuous communication
• Vendor contact to confirm day-of details (week prior to wedding)
• Wedding day timeline, contact list, and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule
• Event schedule for your wedding party and family
• Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics (including altar arrangements if needed)
• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
• Acting as a liaison between bride, family, and vendors
  • Package from $450.00
    • Please note: this package price does NOT include Decorating Fees or Other Service Fees (i.e. Labor, Delivery, Restocking etc.).  Those fees will be calculated when the scope of the work has been determined and the couple has made their final decorating decisions.  Those fees, once determined, will be added to the existing package/consultation fee.

Partial Wedding Planning

If you’ve started the process but aren’t sure what to do next. Partial Wedding Planning can be anywhere in between Full Wedding Production and Wedding Day Coordination. Let us create the right package for you, wherever you are in the planning process.

• Consultation and continuous communication
• Help in finding and booking vendors
• Negotiations and help in finalizing vendor contracts
• Advice on wedding design
• Vendor contact to confirm day-of details
• Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule
• Event Schedule for your wedding party and family
• Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics, including altar arrangement
• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
• Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors
  • Package From $900.00

Full Wedding Planning — For the Bride Who Wants it All

With Full Wedding Planning, we take care of each and every detail from start to finish. Our job is to give you options that work best within your budget.

Wedding Planning Services include the following:

• Consultation and continuous communication
• Venue and vendor selection (up to three venue site visits together)
• Monthly updates and task list
• Negotiations and finalizing vendor contracts
• Wedding design for all aspects of the event
• Vendor contact throughout the process, including onsite meetings
• Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule
• Event Schedule for your wedding party and family
• Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics, including altar arrangement
• Management of wedding reception, including directing vendors
• Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors
  • Package From $1,500
    • Please note: this package price does NOT include Decorating Fees or Other Service Fees (i.e. Labor, Delivery, Restocking etc.).  Those fees will be calculated when the scope of the work has been determined and the couple has made their final decorating decisions.  Those fees, once determined, will be added to the existing package/consultation fee.
